The first quarter of 2025 saw notable trends among the top navigation and maps applications in South America, with data gathered from both iOS and Android platforms. Here's a closer look at how these apps performed:

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic experienced a steady decline in weekly downloads, starting from 455K at the beginning of January and dropping to 296K by the end of March. Despite this, weekly active users remained robust, peaking at 35.9M mid-February before tapering off slightly to 33.6M by the end of the quarter.
